You can not expect anything good from someone who quotes firecracker John Cage positively (if anyone needs reasons that push you to suicide, I recommend listening to "Vocal Compositions").

Returning to the decision, the winning project CICCM nothing more than an English court to wrap "groovy" (the quotation marks serve to discredit the adjective in this context.) The problem, ultimately, it's not the contestants, but that the jury who would laugh occurrences (hello, Dominique), which would not be serious if not being matched by 100 million euros by the taxpayer and the torture of have to see (and live) built crap.
