ask a lot of things every day ... and maybe that complicates my life, why you always have to see the positive and negative?, I think that saving energy really thinking these important things get more profit ... I'm not saying
meditate nonsense, just that there are things more important than others, and we must learn to identify what is more important, for others it just make part of successes or mistakes enrich the soul and our maturity to cope with different situations that arise.
